Sonali graduated from the Maharashtra University of health sciences in 2015.
She completed the Diploma in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Dip. MDT) in 2023.
She has been in private clinical practice since 2015 and is currently the owner of HappyLife Physiotherapy (Kandivali west, Mumbai).
She was recently(2024) appointed as an Executive committee member for Finance Department of the McKenzie Institute India.)
